Overview
Enterprise users can authenticate to Devin for Terminal using their existing Windsurf enterprise accounts. This provides a seamless experience for organizations already using Windsurf, with billing handled through the standard Windsurf credit model. User management, team organization, SSO, RBAC, billing, and consumption are all inherited natively through the Windsurf dashboard. For most of your organizational needs, you should rely on the Windsurf dashboard.Windsurf authentication for Devin for Terminal is in private preview and limited to select enterprises. Contact your account executive if you have questions about authentication, billing, or access.

Prerequisites
Before using Windsurf authentication, ensure that:- Your organization has a Windsurf enterprise account
- You have an active Windsurf user account that can use the agentic tools
Authenticating
To authenticate with your Windsurf enterprise account:Billing & Analytics
Usage through Devin for Terminal is billed using the standard Windsurf credit model. All Devin for Terminal usage counts toward your organization’s existing Windsurf enterprise allocation. The analytics and billing system are shared between Windsurf and Devin for Terminal. Use the Team Members dashboard to manage team organization or view consumption metrics across both products. Enterprise admins can also access usage analytics programmatically through the Windsurf API to monitor consumption across their organization.
